Stonebriar Park is a proposed 21 lot gated subdivision in
Southwest Arlington located along the tree lined streets
of Calendar Road. The subdivision will include custom
building standards, a stone & wrought iron entrance,
exceptional landscaping and a mandatory HOA. All lots
will be above average in size and generally measure 60’
wide, by 150’ deep.

This community is currently under application for a zoning
change and plat approval. If all goes well, we should have
lots for sale in early Spring of 2006.
