Dodson Development was started in 1999 to pursue real
estate projects after the Ryan & Jerry Dodson successfully
acquired and redeveloped the WASHCAR carwashes.
In addition to the car washes, the company has focused
on in-fill residential communities, garden office projects
and office/warehouse developments.

We have successfully worked with real estate brokers,
owners, and other developers to buy, sell and joint venture
a wide array of projects; additionally, we are actively seeking
to buy land for future developments and invest in other
commercial projects.
